ReactGrab, on your phone.
The same tool as ReactGrab for Windows, built for Android. In TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Reddit or Snapchat, tap Share, then ReactGrab. You stay where you are; the clip downloads in the background and lands in your gallery as an editor-ready MP4, with the creator added to your credits list.
Share it, and it's in your gallery
Tap Share in the app you're watching, then ReactGrab. A notification shows the progress, and when it's done you can play the clip or open it in your editor straight from there. Or paste a whole list of links into ReactGrab and download them in one go.
- Clips are saved to Movies/ReactGrab as H.264/AAC MP4s that CapCut, InShot and other editors open; anything else is converted with your phone's own video hardware
- Every clip adds the creator to your credits list: copy it, share it, or save credits.csv
- Skips links you've already downloaded, and offers to download a link you've just copied
- Sign in to Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook or X once inside the app for posts that need it
- Video quality (Best, 1080p or 720p) and Wi-Fi only, in Settings
Download, tap, install
ReactGrab for Android isn't in the Play Store, so it installs from this page.
- Open this page on your phone and tap Download for Android.
- Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then go back and tap Install.
- Google Play Protect checks it first and should say the app looks safe. Tap Install.
- Android 10 or newer. Download about 18 MB
- When a new version is out, ReactGrab shows a button at the top; tap it, then install the download over the old one. Your clips, credits and sign-ins are kept
- Free for personal use

Downloads failing?
The Downloads failing? button in the app brings you here. Work down the list; the first step fixes most problems.
- Tap Update Downloader at the bottom of ReactGrab and wait for it to say it's up to date, then try the link again. ReactGrab also checks for a newer downloader once a day by itself.
- Open the link in the app it came from. If the video won't play there, it's private, removed or blocked where you are, and ReactGrab can't get it either.
- "Wants you signed in". Open Settings in ReactGrab, tap Sign in next to the site, sign in, and tap Done. Reddit needs this for every video; Instagram, Facebook and X often do.
- "Blocking automated downloads" or lots of failures in a row. Wait 10 to 15 minutes, move the Wait between downloads slider to 10 seconds or more, and download fewer links at a time.
- "Waiting for Wi-Fi". Wi-Fi only is on in Settings. Connect to Wi-Fi or turn it off.
- "Already downloaded". It's in Downloaded clips. To get it again, press and hold it there and choose Remove from list.
- No progress notification. Allow notifications for ReactGrab in your phone's Settings → Apps → ReactGrab. Downloads still work without them.
- Still stuck? Install the newest ReactGrab from this page over the old one. If you write to us, tap Copy log in the app and paste it in.

ReactGrab Disclaimer and Terms of Use
ReactGrab is a personal-use tool. It is provided for downloading publicly available videos to your own computer for private viewing, research, commentary, criticism, and education, such as reviewing a clip before making an original reaction or commentary video.
By using ReactGrab, you agree to the following:
1. Personal use only. You will not use ReactGrab for commercial purposes, for resale or redistribution of downloaded content, or to build, mirror, or populate any archive, repository, or competing service.
2. No re-uploading. You will not re-upload, repost, or republish downloaded videos in whole or in large part, and you will not remove, crop out, or obscure creator names or other attribution. Any public use of a clip is your responsibility alone.
3. You are responsible for your use. Videos on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms are owned by their creators or licensors and are protected by copyright. Downloading or using a video may violate the platform's terms of service, copyright law, or the creator's rights, depending on what you do with it. Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use or fair dealing depends on the facts, varies by country, and is decided by courts, not by this tool.
4. Respect creators and platforms. Do not download content that is private, age-restricted, paywalled, or protected by access controls. Do not use ReactGrab to bypass DRM, paywalls, login requirements you are not entitled to, or any technical protection measure. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone, or to download content depicting people who have not consented to its use where the law requires consent.
5. No automated abuse. Do not use ReactGrab for bulk scraping or mass downloading. Keep the built-in delay between downloads and do not run it in a way that burdens the platforms' services.
6. Platform terms. Automated downloading may violate the terms of service of the platforms involved. Using ReactGrab may result in your IP address or account being blocked or restricted by those platforms. That risk is yours.
7. Takedowns. If a creator or rights holder asks you to stop using or delete their content, do so promptly.
8. No affiliation. ReactGrab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, or any content creator. All trademarks belong to their owners. ReactGrab uses the open-source yt-dlp project, which is covered by its own license.
9. No warranty. ReactGrab is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or non-infringement. It may stop working at any time when platforms change.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any claim, damages, loss, copyright strike, account termination, demonetization, legal action, or other consequence arising from your use of ReactGrab or from content you download or publish with it.
11. Not legal advice. Nothing in this software or its documentation is legal advice. If you are unsure whether a use of someone else's content is allowed, ask a qualified attorney or get written permission from the creator.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use ReactGrab.
